China horizontal lime rotary kiln description:

1. The lime rotary kiln is a professional kiln furnace for calcining the limestone;

2. This kiln uses the low temperature preheating and high temperature fast roast principle. It preheats the limestone to 800 centigrade and start to decompose.

3.The materials are pushed into the kiln by the push rod device for further roast.It completes the roast when the temperature is about 1200 centigrade, then the materials are discharged after the cooling.

4. The hermetic furnace body design makes the roast more energy saving; the frequency converter makes the device operation energy efficient; the bag dust removal design guarantees the energy saving dust removal scientifically.
