Ring die wood pellet machine Introduction
KMPM520 biomass pellets mills are specially designed for mass industrial production of wood pellets. 
They are ring die pellet mils, widely used to make pellets from pinewood sawdust, oil palm material such 
as Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB), mesocarp fibre, etc. Large scale ring die pellet mills can be used for
 feedstuff and wood pellet fuel.

1.The biomass pellets mill is equipped the auto-lubricate system.
2. The imperative feeder device is adopted, which making the machine operate smoothly as the material like wood sawdust, corn, wheat, and rice straw is very light, so they are needed to be pushed into pelletizing chamber by force.
3. The international advanced compensation type flexible coupling is of novel and compact structure, safety, low noise and less trouble.
4. The driving gear adopts the high precision gear transmission structure. The ring die adopts the hoop fastening method, which increases the speed of discharge compared with the past bolt fastening method.
5. As per the ring die and roller of the biomass pellets mills, we use the fine machining with the alloyed steel.
