SLITTING LINE

Slitting line is special equipment for cutting a metal coil into several narrower strips simultaneously which are suitable for further work in mills, roll forming or machining processes. To optimize productivity high-capacity decoilers, quick tooling change of slitters, totally-automated coil extractors and quality diagnosis systems are available. A full computed-controlled slitting line can reach up to 400 m/min.

This lines work for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals, exposed, galvanized or prepainted coil. For thicknesses up to 15mm and widths up to 2000mm

Standard features:
