LSH series oil or gas steam boiler is improved by our factory to meet the needs of various industries for small heating equipment. We take vertical arrangement in order to reduce the boiler area. Using oil and gas as fuel can meet the requirements of environmental protection and improve the automatic control of boiler.
The furnace body of this series of gas boiler is two return pipe structure, combustion chamber is set upright inside the furnace which have larger combustion space and radiation heating surface. The second return pipe adopt threaded tube technology to achieve maximum limit to strength heat transfer, reduce exhaust temperature and increase thermal efficiency at the premise of compact structure. Furnace and the second return pipe adopt eccentric layout, burning device is located at the top of boiler.
For ease operation of boiler maintenance, the top of boiler adopts the active structure that is convenient for pipe inspection and ash removal; there are also equipped with a certain amount hand hole in the lower part of boiler to meet space requirement of maintenance and cleaning.
Automatic control of LSH series oil or gas steam boiler has the following features:
- According to the set pressure range automatically open and stop boiler.
- The safety protection of stop boiler and alarm at the overpressure condition.
- Water supply is controlled automatically.
- Alarm of low security level and stop the furnace.
- Automatic combustion control and safety protection.
Light oil supply:
- Choose the appropriate diameter of fuel supply pipe, the velocity of pipe oil is advisable between 0.7m/s and 1.5m/s.
- Ensure oil seal good to prevent abnormal combustion with air.
- The capacity of light oil day tank shall not be greater than 1 cubic meter. Setting location of tank shall generally be high than pump inlet of boiler burner and has certain fire protection distance between boiler.
- Oil filter should be set on the inlet pipe, precision is about 60 mesh.
- Return pipe settings should prevent cutting device was closed accidentally or other obstruction.
The fuel gas system:
Gas supply system set up correctly or not is directly related to the boiler safety and economic operation. The general requirement is to meet the requirements of stable air source inputting boiler burner, at the same time, the boiler parts have good performance and quality. One of biggest insecurity is gas leak for boiler. Prevent and detect leakage is one of the key part of the fuel gas system.
Gas should be send to the burner in the shortest distance. Loss of pressure is as small as possible, the diameter of the gas pipeline must be greater than the burner accessories plumbing. Pipe wall shall be corrosion resistant.
Boiler manufacturer shall ensure the whole system good sealing, all piping and fitting should be take pressure test 2 times more than the working pressure.
If gas supply pressure instability and it is unable to meet the requirements of gas supply pressure of burner, gas supply pipe must be installed the pressure regulating valve. Regulating valve is selected by the user. Fuel gas filter is to ensure gas clean.
Install high pressure and low protection switch. Install wind pressure monitoring to prevent the explosion caused by abnormal wind. We suggest installing safe discharge valve for large capacity boiler that make sure the main electromagnetic valve is not affected by the high gas pressure that break circle of solenoid valve, discharge pipe of relief valve should be set outdoor safe place. Manual shut-off valve should also be set on the gas supply pipe.
