4. Surface Finished 
 OSP, Lead Free HASL, Immersion Gold/ Silver,etc. 
5.Soldermask (Green ,Blue,Black,etc)and silkscreen legend color (White,etc)
  The standard PCB is ordered as below:/ 
FR4 1.6mm, ROHS, 1/1oz, HASL lead free, Green Solder Mask, White silkscreen legend color
