Selection of products

1. Ventilation machine for high pressure P>3000Pa, medium voltage 1000 < p < 3000pa. Low pressure P<1000Pa three pressure levels. Selection should be based on the physics of gas to be delivered, and chemical properties, as well as the use of different, choose different types of ventilators.

For the stable operation of the ventilation function should be the ventilation machine work in the vicinity of the at the highest efficiency, the operating point of the fan is located in performance curve in full pressure peak on the right side (the side air volume and generally located in 80% of the total pressure peak value). The air blower selects the design efficiency, should not be less than 90% of the maximum efficiency of fan.

4.When the variable frequency fan is used, the total pressure loss should be calculated by the system, but the motor power of the fan should be added to the calculation value 15%~20%.

5. When the fan working conditions (such as gas temperature, atmospheric pressure, etc.) and the wind turbine sample conditions are inconsistent, to deal with the fan performance correction.

6.The choice of fan, should be carefully compared, the higher priority selection efficiency, smaller size, light weight, large adjustment range of products.

7.Selection of fan, not only to consider the issue of one-time investment, it is more important to consider the long-term economic operation.

8.The same type of fan should be selected in parallel or in series operation of multi typhoon machine.
