Dongyi Exterior Sand Wall Texture Paint is made of a range of ready-mixed acrylic emulsion and quartz sand and other additives etc. . It provides the unique combination of a quality architectural finish with outstanding economy through ease of application, a low material consumption rate and surface durability.
It adheres to most exterior and interior surfaces including plywood, chipboard, antirust primed steel, gypsum dry wall, sand/cement render and concrete. Terracoat has been developed to withstand extreme climatic conditions such as desert climate and extreme cold.

Make sure the wall surface is smooth, dry and clean, without oil, floating ash or other contamination. |

Put putty |
Put putty one or two coatings according to the wall surface flatness. |

Brush primer paint |
Use professional tool to brush the sealled primer paint Dosage: 6-8m2 /KG It will take about 60 minutes to dry . |

After 4 hours finishing the primer paint, could render or spray the Sand Wall Textured Paint Dosage : 2.2-2.5kgs/m2 |

48 hours After finishing the Sand Wall Textured Paint , spray the matched finish paint on the top surface, in order to protect it from oil, dust and alkalinity invasion, strengthen its aging and weather ability and life span. |
