Specifications
RFID Disc Tag is laminated with PVC or PET, water-proof tag. RFID Disc Tag could be with adhesive back, this RFID Disc Tag could be mounted on nonmetallic surface. And because of our Direct Bonding technology the surface would more flatter that could have great printing performance. Silk screen and Offset printings are available upon request.
RFID Disc Tag material could be transparent PVC and white PVC or PET etc.
The size could be diameter 13/ 14/ 15/ 17/ 18/ 20/ 22 /25 /30 / 35/ 40/ 50mm for optional. For lF chip, the smallest size is 15mm, for HF chip, we can make 13mm diameter tags.
Further more, 30/35/40mm type is optional with different size hole in center. For now, we have mold which has 32mm diameter and with 12mm hole in the centre . If with UHF chip ,the size must be over diamter 50mm or over 50mm. Please let us know your request, we also supply ODM service as well .
As the laminating process, RFID Disc Tag is a cheap, flexible solution with optional thinkness, read range, even material as well.
