Specifications

The principle of operation is quite simple and is based on the method of separation
and division by weight and sailing capacity.

Difference from Sieve Separators:

The main difference is that an ISM aerodynamic separator separates the heaviest,
biologically valuable grain from the fine grain and halves.

A screen separator separates grain by size only and not by density.

Operation Modes:

- Initial cleaning mode (marketable grain)

- Secondary cleaning mode (seed material)

- Mixed mode (marketable grain and seed material simultaneously).

The separator is based on the scheme of " closed air cycle" , which suggests the following:

       - The air movement within the separator occurs in a circle.
This facilitates its effective cleaning and requires no additional cyclones or equipment for aspiration.

       - All the garbage and non-grain waste is removed through the waste dumping tray without airflow.

        - The use of a closed cycle also enables injection (reverse drawing of air) in the grain output trays,
which in turn prevents dust from coming out from the separation chamber with clean grain.

        - The closed-cycle process enables generation of heated air inside the separator,
which is heated by aerodynamic air friction on the metal surface.

        - A closed cycle has also enabled 30% reduction of engine power due to the inertia caused by

unwinding of the screw.

         - A special feature and our development is engine control via the frequency converter,
which generates airflow inside the machine so that we can adjust the separator for any crop
more accurately.

Our separators work reliably in many countries since they meet modern requirements
for crop cleaning and seed prepara
tion.

The combination of reliability, ease of maintenance,
and high-quality results ensure the agricultural demand for these machines.
