Hydraulic system

Hydraulic oil within the tank through the motor drive the high pressure pump into the oil, through the one-way valve, high pressure filter, pressure differential valve group, the servo valve, into the cylinder. Computer sends out control signal to the servo valve, control the openings of the servo valve and the direction, to control the flow of the oil into the cylinder, and realize the control of constant speed test force.

Control system

System includes a digital servo valve, high-precision sensor, controller and software, high control precision, good reliability. Satisfy the standard of GB, ISO, ASTM, etc for material such as cement, mortar, concrete test requirements.

*System has the following functions:

*With functions of force closed-loop control;

*Can realize such as load rate, load or stress rate loading, etc;

*Electronic measurement is realized by using microcomputer, automatic test;

*Computer automatic calculation results and print the report.

*Test report can be designed self to export to Excel.

Safety protection device

When the test force by more than 3% of the maximum test force, overload protection, the oil pump motor downtime.
