Continuous mesh belt conveyor type controlled atmosphere bright annealing resistance furnace used for copper tube

 

Overview and Uses of metal annealing heat treatment furnace:

 

Applies in continuous production of bright quenching of Martensite stainless steel and bright annealing (solid solution) of Austenitic stainless steel, and intermediate recrystallization annealing and final annealing of variouscopper materials and copper alloy as well as stress relief treatment, etc.

1-The muffle furnace is made of imported high-temperature resistance nickel alloy (310S) by pressing welding; dismountable electric heating elements can upper-lower heat;

2-steel belt conveying is stepless speed regulating;

3-The gas mixture (hydrogen 75% and oxygen 25%) decomposed from liquid ammonia gets into the hearth and reaches gas protection effect; the gas direction regulating device ensure stable atmosphere.

 4-Having treated by this kind of furnace, product surface will become bright and won't be oxidized. All treated products will reach excellent consistency.
