Electric Brazing Heat Treatment Resistance Furnace

1.Overview :

1.Applicable for brazing of  the copper or the copper heat exchanger workpiece,stainless steel, brass, red copper and ceramic materials of auto pipe fittings, auto parts, stainless steel electric hot tray, machinery parts and for other bright heat treatments.

2.composition:

This device is mainly composed of transmission system, heating system, cooling system, control system, and ammonia decomposition gas supply system.

1)Ammonia Decompostion Gas Supply System: (NH3=75%H2+25%N2)      

The gas mixture  (hydrogen 75% and Nitrogen 25%) decomposed from liquid ammonia gets into the hearth and reaches gas protection effect; the gas direction regulating device ensure stable atmosphere. Having treated by this kind of furnace, product surface will become bright and won't be oxidized. All treated products will reach excellent consistency.

2)Electric Control System :All imortant componets are use international famous brand , such as :   Schneider ,  Siemens,  Omron,  Mitsubishi and so on .

3.Apply in :  

automobile, home appliances, electronics, hardware, machinery and other industries  

Such as : Auto pipe fittings, auto parts, stainless steel electric hot tray, machinery parts, air-conditioning refrigeration fittings, phosphoretic steel, soft connection of copper-based silver and lighting products  and so on .

4.Advantage of high temperature brazing furnace: 

1. This furnace is made of Sweden nickel alloy plates which contain rare earth elements, have strong structural strength and small heat deformation and improve its service life. 

2. The cooling section use the technology of separating cooling muffle from cooling jacket welding and welding line, which ensures that brazed work piece become bright and won't be oxidized. 

3. Heat exchanger is equipped in the cooling section, which greatly increases the cooling speed of work pieces. 

4. Special design enables each heating zone to realize step less voltage regulation and ensure stable temperature for the heating furnace. The stability of furnace temperature can reach ±1celsius degree. 

5. Unique anti-explosion design uses various warning and circuit interlocking automatic protective devices to ensure the safe operation of the furnace.
