- Long life of print head: 1.5-3 years service life. That is why we choose Seiko industrial grade print for our printers and didn't sellect the Epson head, although Epson print head is cheaper. Because Epson head usually causes jam problems and can't keep a continous working, its life span will not be more than 3 months. Generally says that Epson print head is not suitable for industrial use.
- Long time working: Our printing machine can keep 24-hour continuously working without problems.
- Double right-left moving rail and double back-front moving screw make the print position deviation in 0.03mm.
- Imported accessoies: 70% of accessoies of our printers are imported from Japan.
- Automatic print head washing system: our printer can wash its print head automatically after a time of continous working to keep the nozzles clean and jet UV ink smoothly.
- High print speed, but don't lose print quality: The max speed is 36 sqm/h. If higher speed is need, no problem. Fix 6+6 print heads, and make the print speed up to 72 sqm/h.
- 3D and embossing effect: These printing effects are not able to be done by Epson printhead and Ricoh print head.
- Automatically detect print material height: the max printing thickness originally is 180mm, but actually it is not limited. It can be designed.
- Economy: Low running cost. The main consuming material this kind printer is ink. 1 litre ink can be printed for 110m2 flat materials. The printing cost is 80% lower than traditional process.
- Efficient: 1) One person and one machine do all the printing jobs, reducing the process steps and saving production time. 2) Inks can be solidified and dried immedately as it is on printing.
