Robotic X-ray testing system for pipeline welding is a kind of quality inspection equipment which is widely used for long-distance transport pipeline (for gas, oil, chemical, steam, etc.) welding examinations with its characters of high efficiency, excellent radiography quality, and high imaging sensitivity, and low failure rate, as well as its security, reliability and convenience features.

Feature

1-Automatic machine training;

2-Exposure when proceed forward and positioning, and no exposure during retract;

3-during operation, PX-100 Series can automatically regulate its speed according to pipe gradient (ascending or descending). Also, it can automatically shift drive modes according to the gradient (automatically shift between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive) to realize full-time or four-wheel drive.

4-during operation and exposure process, fault detection functions are available (for water, obstruction, power supply fault, over-current or over-voltage, over-heating of components, under-current, etc.). If any fault is detected, it will immediately retract to realize real-time protection for the crawler, and it even can be controlled to retract under fault;

5-Remote set of time adjustment
