Fused zirconia corundum brick casting methods divide into ordinary casting, tilting casting, no shrinkage casting and quasi-no shrinkage casting. AZS products with different casting methods can meet the use requirements of various parts in the ceramic frit furnace, spent flower alkali furnace, glass kiln.

There are two using ways of used AZS brick scrap;
1.  large piece of Used AZS brick scrap, generally used to re-polish and reprocess to be  new brick, can be used  in the glass kiln, that will save costs.
2. Small piece of broken AZS brick Scrap, because of  small size, it can only be used to break into unshaped material.
