the discharge valve is mainly used for dumping, discharging, sampling and no dead space shutting off on the reactor, tank and other containers. It is welded  by the downward flange on the bottom of the tank and other containers, therefore the usually residual of the processing medium at the outlet of the container is eliminated.According to the general requirements, it is normally designed with flat bottom type, the valve body is designed with V type, and the valve disc is designed wtih both upward and downward type. There is a anti-washing and corrosion-resitance seal ring inner of the cavity. At the moment of the valve opening, it can protect the valve body from washing and corrosion from the medium. The valve seal ring is dealed with special treatment, the surface hardness can reachHRC56-62 with high wear-resistance and corrosion resistance performance. the sealing disc is welede with hard different alloy according to different working condition, the sealing parts is designed with liner sealing to guarantee the reliable sealing perfornance and aovid the medium scaling. Also the valve disc is designed with short travel type.

3) It is not aopplicable to medium of fluorine-containing ionic liquid (such as HF) and strong alkali and phosphoric acid ( temperature <150,concentration >30%).

4) Applicable temperature for stainless steel is150, pressure range from 0.6-2.5MPA),

Performance and Application

  this type of valve is very easy to operate, the opening and closing is flexible, the valve disc is very eary for maintenance, the sealing structure is reasonable, the seal ring is very easy for operation.

Installation Instructions

1) the installation position, hight, inlet and out let direction must meet the design requirements, the connection must be firmly.

2)All kinds of manual valves installed on insulated pipes, the handwheel shall not be downward.

3)Check the outlook of the valves before installation, the nameplate of the valve must be according to the requirement of the national standard GB 12220 -the General Valve Markings.for the valves that the working pressure is larger than 1.0MPa, and is used for cutting off the medium in the main pipeline, the strength test and pressure sealing test must be done before approve of appplication. When doing the strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times of the nominal pressure, lasting time must be more than 5 mins, there is no leakage from the valve body and packing. When doing the sealing pressure test, the working pressure of the valve is 1.1 times of the nominal pressure,the lasting time of the test pressure should meets the requirements of GB 50243, there should be no leakage in the valve disc sealing surface.
