1.Q: What about lead time ?

   A: Normally the lead time is 60days after we receive the deposit and confirm  the details. All the press machines we use is the best quality in China Yangli brand. the press machine lead time from Yangli is 50days,  the best lead time we can give is 60days. 

2.Q: What's the lead time for moulds?

   A: Normally the mould lead time is 60 days after we confirm all the details with customer. Our professional mechanical engineers will design the mould according to the samples from customer, or by the specifications offered by customers.    

3.Q:What kinds of mould buyer can make?  what is advantage for the moulds?

   A: we can make wrinkle wall mould and smooth wall mould both. for smooth wall mould we can make Airline container, cake cup, tar cup, etc. We can also make 2,3 or 4compartment container moulds as long as you offer us sample or specifications.  

Our advantage are all our moulds are Slow Speed Wire Cutting Job, which makes the mould more accurate and precise.

We also recut after heat treatment, which most of mould makers do not take this process.

4.Q:Does the material need lubricating oil?

   A:Yes. Lubricating oil is very important, the oil is food grade and its special. Normally, we will offer customer oil supplier information after order is confirmed. Before you run the machine just put the Oil into the tank directly. Normally  one Drum oil is 200Liter,  about 500usd/200liter.
