Application Method and Attentions

1. Before the construction, the dirt, water and loose layer should be thoroughly cleared from the tile surface and joints.

2. Please polish some ceramic tile wax on both sides of the tile joints, but not in it, without the glazed tile.

3. Examine the lip of the bottle, make sure it's not clogged. Then loading it on the glue gun and screw on the mix-nozzle. 

4. Squeeze out the unevenly mixed tile grout which in the front of mix-nozzle. 60-80cm

5. Use a professional glue-press tool to make the glue lines even and smooth

6. If you interrupt construction more than 20 minutes. When you keep going or use it next time, please change the mix-nozzle. Because the tile grout starts curing.

7. Remove the excess sealant with a blade scraper after 3-5 hours in summer, 6-8 hours in winter. or remove the textured paper immediately after construction.

8. Do not touch the surface or let water on it within 4-5 hours. after 24 hours, the porcelain joint agent will fully solidify to make the surface as smooth as porcelain
