Indications
- Enrofloxacin has antibacterial activity against a broad spectrum of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
- Its mechanism of action is to act by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase (a type-li topoisomerase), thereby preventing DNA supercoiling and DNA synthesis.
- Prevention and treatment of CRD, CCRD, colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis and infectious coryza (treatment of Mycoplasma, Salmonella spp and E. Coli).
Dosage
- Poultry: Preventive: 1 ml per 4 Litres of drinking water.
- Treatment: 1 mL per 2 Litres of drinking water during 3-5 days.
