1. Seller or mandate provide seller's name
2. Buyer sends LOI
3. Seller sends SCO
4. Buyer sends ICPO
5. Seller sends FCO to sign
6. Seller and Buyer sign SPA
7. Buyer issue pre-advice MT799
8. Seller issues non-active 2% PB to the buyer visa swift
9. Buyer issues LC to active PB LC (SBLC 5% PB be required)
10. LC released at the main port after CIQ inspection
