Based on the High-frequency vibration of Ultrasonic. It can carving or drilling on the stones use different tools.

    For carving processing. It need a steel mold. It carving the stone according to the shape of steel mold. It will take about 30mins to finish one carving product. The size range is from 1cm to 10cm.

 For drilling processing. Zhuode Ultrasonic Carving & Drilling Machine can drilling holes on the round beads. It will take about 10mins to finish drilling on 55pcs 10mm round beads. (This drilling machine only for round beads. The smaller size the more quantity to drill). The size of round beads is 3mm-20mm, it can drilling more than 19 to 211pcs a time. And the hole is 0.7mm- 2.0mm.

    It also easier to punching an irregular shape hole on the stone if you have the shape mold. Such as rectangle, square, ellipse and so on.
