Features of TEKULA EPS moulding machine:
1 Applying Heating zincification treatment for the surfaces of whole framework and all components of the machine,which can greatly enhance the performance of anti-erodibility.This kind of facial treatment has only been applied in the moulding machine manufactured by Kurtz and Erlenbach from Germany.
2 Applying central valve syste,adopting large-flux steam valve and air valve which are equipped with balanced feedback controllers, that can fulfill instant filling . The steam flux,demoulding wind,ejector wind,air cooling wind can all be regulated on the control panel according to the requirements,that can furtherly enhance the production efficiency and reduce the energy consumption,the system can save more than 10% energy than T series.
3 Applying large capacity barrel with switch of filling leve for EPS material,the exit for EPS material applying improved output device,which has better performances in airproof and reverse filling protection, the barrel are equipped with balanced feedback controller,which can fulfill pulsed pressurized filling,the mould can be packed more sufficiently with EPS material.
4 Applying large-flux hydraulic driven system,which can make the movable mould move faster
5 Applying large-scale vacuum condenser with spraying device,which can greatly enhance the cooling speed and vacuum effect,even shorten the cooling time.the temperature for demoulding in around 80℃.
6 Applying specialized tube moving structure,which can avoid the break of the tubes.
7 Applying industrial profiled aluminium material,which extend the life of the safe door.
8 Applying adjustable fulcrum for mould baffle,which can effectively support the sealed board of the mould.
9 Applying multipoint output for steam and distributing device for cooling water ,which can enhanc the adaptbility for the mould.
10 applying large-calibre drainpipe,which can enhance the draining performance of the mould.
11 Applying 2 sets of 5.5KW German STERLING-SIHI vacuum pump,which can better ensure the quality and enlarge the pump capacity.
12 The demoulding system of K series moulding machine can be chosen by either positive demoulding or reverse demoulding according to the requirement.
