StarSoft offers dedicated research, sales and marketing representatives that are available to perform a wide variety of tasks for You. They are all well trained experts in the use of StarSoft's technology and its entire set of contact list identification, verification, acquisition, and distribution technologies. Should You desire, Dedicated reps may represent themselves as Your staff members, carry Your business cards, and proactively promote You solutions as if they werefull-time employees of You. There are a number of benefits to using StarSoft's dedicated rep programs including a) increasing the effective power of your organization, but without increasing the official count of full-time You, thus raising revenues per employee, and quite possibly affecting the organization's stock-price, if publicly held, accordingly. In addition, because dedicated reps are full time staff members of StarSoft-You has effectively added staff to its team as a variable, rather than a fixed cost. We require a ninety day minimum per dedicated rep and a thirty-day notice per rep for cancellation. Cost for health insurance, and numerous other such overhead expenses do not come from the finance departments of You but instead from StarSoft. Dedicated reps are available to "step-in" at the last moment and provide best efforts to save deals whose contracts are about to roll to a competitor or other of You competitors.
