Our board is KB board(Kimborg) The thickness of electrosheet copper are 18mil and 36mil. Ours is 36mil. Thickness of material is as below: FR4: 1.0MM,1.5MM,1.2MM CEM-1,CEM-3 and FR-2: 1.5MM,1.2MM,but sometimes can be 0.5MM, but these need be made specially! All PCBs meet ROHS directive!
