Element Caps: The caps are made by tinplate or electrolyzed plate (SECC) of thickness 0.5 mm with purpose of element media locating, and airproofing for the oil circle inside the filter.
Relief Value: Under normal working condition the Relief Value close. This value will open and supply oil directly to the engine whenever the filter becomes plugged with the contaminants and too restrictive to the oil flow.
Spiral Tube: The tube is rolled by 0.25mm tinplate under force from professional facility. It supports the media and avoids unfiltered particles to enter, no oxidation and distortion in working.
Anti-drain Value: It prevents oil from draining from the filter when the engine is stopped.
Spring: Strong coiled spring steel wire of 65Mn andφ2~φ3 firms the element and avoids the short circuit of oil flow.
Housing: 0.5~0.6mm thick heavy-duty cold-drawn steel housing provides reliable protection against pressure surges
Media paper: Pleated element made by 0.5~0.6 mm thick pulpwood-paper with resin provides maximum flow with minimal pressure drop.
Seam: Tuck design of seam withstands high burst pressure and keeps firm and no leakage under Pulse Test as 0.8KPa×105 times.
O-Ring: Butadiene-nitrile rubber, rigidity as 70±5 degrees, resists -40℃ to 150℃ for solid contact between filter and engine, no leakage under all kinds of high-temperature conditions in vehicles.
