* Furnace hearth of annealing furnace can be classified as graphite furnace hearth and metal furnace hearth; the heating element of the graphite hearth is graphite rod with its insulation screen made of multilayer carbon felt and ceramic felt; while the heating element of metal furnace hearth is molybdenum with its insulation screen made of molybdenum and stainless steel, wihich is mainly suitable for special material like Ti alloy, soft magnetic alloy etc.
