Excellent performance of our Mordant black T: First, high solubility filtrate to reach 40g/l, only needs 6 seconds. Second, high purity, less outgrowth, 150% high strength,( at present market the highest strength is 135%), insolubles less than 0.5%. Third, tiny grain of dye, can totally pass 80um screen, while the country standard is less than 1%. Fourth, high rate of exhaustion is propitious to reduce loose colour before chrome dyeing. Less salt after dying, abate waste water treatment. Fifth, better colour fastness, washing and rubbing fastness is half degree better than that common domestic factory, especially in hard water. Sixth, resistance of hard water, but the fastness will be appreciably lower. Seventh, better compatability and excellent leveling property. Easily dye at 50 degrees,but will not need to dye in high temperature. Better to adopt low temperature dyeing technics.
