B. Importance of rubber mold cleaning
※ Product Quality Issue
There will be flaw (imperfection or defect) outside the exterior appearance of the product due to Carbon deposition. Rubber materials dropping on the rubber mold may result in flash that influence your product dimension quality.
※ Improve rubber mold life cycle
To clean the rubber mold by abrasive, sandpaper and sand blast will influent tolerance and accurate. PVC fizzy, Acrylics kinds of rubber mold will acidify mold surface and result in corrosions during high temperature process. Chemical Solvent will clean the carbon deposition inside the corner.
