The filled bottles moving on conveyer belt are picked up by star wheel one by one. The star wheel brings the bottle below the Cap delivery the subsequent indexing port. In the mean time the bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of cap orientation unit. The synchronized sealing head comes down on the temporarily stationary bottle where tightening operations performed. Simultaneously, afterwards the sealing head moves upward and the sealed bottle is indexed out conveyer belt. The sealed bottle is now ready for further operations.
