I. Application Centrifugal IDF Y5-48-11 is designed for industrial boilers of 1-20 tons/hour which has the equipment for smoke prevention and deducting, in order to adapt to various medium. If the inlet condition is similar and the performance is adapted to the stipulation, this kind of fan can be used. The highest temperature is not over 250℃. The deduct equipment, the efficiency of which is not less than 85%, must be installed ahead of IDF to reduce the flue gas dustiness in suction and increase the service life. Due to various kinds of industrial boilers, discrepancy of firing coal and different resistance of the duster, great difference exists in required fan flow, ventilation pressure. For the purpose of adapting for above conditions, considering the economical efficiency of the fan, V- belt (C type) drive is used to obtain required fan flow, pressure by means of ing different rotating speed based on actual situation. II. Fan Model This series of fan is single-suction type. There are six standard models such as №4, №5, №6.3, №8, №10, №12.5. The drive method is C type. Each fan can be made clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation type. Viewing the motor end, if the impeller rotates in clockwise direction, it is called clockwise rotation fan; if the impeller rotates in anti-clockwise direction, it is called anti-clockwise rotation fan. The fan outlet angle is represented by outlet position of casing: six standard angles such as 0? 45? 90? 135? 180? 225?can be made for both clockwise and anti-clockwise fan. III.
