working flow:  

 

Decoiler → front shear (require or not) → guiding unit → roll forming unit → rear shear → finished product supporter/ (stacking unit).

suitable material: galvanized steel sheet, colored steel sheet, aluminium sheet

suitable material thickness: usually for thin wall/ roof panels: 0.3mm to 0.8mm(different usage different thickness range, we can design according to customer's requirements)

suitable material width: subject to customer's profile drawing requirement

working speed: for thin roof/wall panels without punching holes 20m/min ; 30m/min; 40m/min if with holes should be subject to the profile drawing and punching details

machine dimension(roll forming steps) : subjects to profile requirements, for thin wall/ roof panel is usually around 20x2x2m(LxWxH)

 All the prices should be based on your profile drawing and configuration requirements.
