Each team has touching screen set up and PLC only control and connects to the data of the control center. All working parameters' set up and display are completed on the touching screen quickly and obviously. Each phase of the printing units and length, width and height of the box in the slotting unit are positioned by transducer timing controlled by PLC with highly accurate positioning. There is auto computerized zero adjustment and printing position memory during wiping and auto restoration available. It can restore to the origin shut-down position so that it can reduce adjusting time. The system has higher reliability and lower failure.
