The Hp5 series mica plates is a high-temp insulating material made of qualified mica materials and high-performance organic silicon resin after melting and laminating process, widely used in electrical appliances such as toaster, hair dryer and warm air blower, etc., and other electric heaters which require high-temp electro-insulation. The long-run working temperature of muscovite mica plates is 550℃, while that of phlogopite micaplates is 850℃; the flexible mica plates can be rolled into cylinder shape of 10mm in diameter. The insulation complies with the IEC 371 standards, is classed as 94 standard with file No:E129729 as well as of TUV certified.
