Insta panels are sandwich panels made up of two fibre reinforced cement sheets, on either Side of a Light weight concrete core composed of Portland Cement, binders and a mix of Siliceous and micaceous material aggregate with a unique tongue and groove jointing System. Factory-cured sandwiched Insta panels are light in weight, fire resistant and sound insulating. The fibre reinforced sheet as skin gives Insta panels a smooth finish and makes them dimensionally stable and resistant to moisture/humidity, Insta panel's smooth surface can accept a host of finishes, making these panels ideal for aesthetically pleasing interiors and exteriors. Insta panels come with the universally accepted tongue-and-groove joint system to facilitate easy assembly. Now, insta walls can easily replace brick and mortar; and other partition materials and systems for clean, hassle-free constructions.
