TYPE OF GLASS TO BE MADE This machine is used to make different type of laminated glass such as, 1. laminated glass for decorative and architectural purposes. 2. polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) panel which is transparent allowing light passing through when voltage applied and opaque when voltage shut off. EVA INTERLAYER FILM The laminated glass made out of this machine requires no PVB. Instead, a special interlayer film EVA is used to bind the glass. Not like PVB, EVA film is easy to be handled such that it requires no control in temperature and humidity. Hence, no assembly room is needed and thus, air-conditioner and de-humidifier are not required.
