Instruction 1.The series vessels have heat insulating and are designed, produced, pressure tested and accepted in accordance with Technical Conditions of Steel Welded Vessel. 2.The tanks have many specifications 300L to 5000L, or can be designed and produced according to the customer's demand. 3.The seal of agitating shaft adopts healthful double-orbit mechanical seal and the speed reducer of motor s well-known brand Germany and Japan for use, the agitating speed is 36~120r/min.The frequency control can also be used with the control range of 0~150r/min. 4.The insulation material of the vessel adopts urethane foam insulation, high-temperature & anti-aging pearl cotton for heat preservation. 5.The interface adopts universal standard package chuck type, and the material of internal layer s imported 316L or 304 for use, its inner surface is mirror finished up to Ra0.28 and the outer surface is polished to sub-mirror surface, sandblasted or polished to cold-rolled nature-color surface. 6.Level meter may adopt the type of noncontact ultrasonic, sensor or quick-open glass tube etc. with air respirator nozzle, digital display or dial thermometer, CIP tank purifier, one sight glass, many inlets and outlets of liquids and manhole.
