LDF series shell-and-tube multi-effect water distillatory produced by our company adopts more reliable advanced technology than slow natural evaporation and fractionation, and has the good characters of compact structure , reasonable design, high efficiency of hear energy use and high quality with low cost to produce the distilled water. Evaporating unit adopts full-control fast-evaporation technology that feeding water change into steam flow after coming into the pipe column of evaporator. When the high-speed steam enters into the separator unit, it will turn around 180 degrees under external force action. The bigger drop and superfluous feed water will be thrown to the bottom of the column and sedimentate to the bottom water layer. Pure steam will pass through a long vertical part for rising , then pass through a screw device for reeling rising and make the steam convolute outside the evaporator. This can throw the remanent impurity including endotoxin to the outside through this unique centrifugal separating function. The impurity will be released to the tubal groove and then drained. Pure steam will be guided out from the top. The distilling column of water distillatory has one vertical high-speed falling film evaporator. Separating part adopts healthful screw-orbits centrifugal separation method to remove the impurity and heat source through separation. The equipment can realize the stable fractionation and offer the high quality distilled water through the permanent action of centrifugal force.
