The range of application of pit type is very wide; it's frequently been used for heat treatment of small components in the high volume production, such as, gear wheels, cogs, sleeves, shafts, rings, bolts, pipes, casting moulds and etc. In addition, pit type has also been frequently used in heat treatment of heavy loads (individual production), such as, subassemblies, for example, the components of the undercarriages, rolled rolls.
