Ceramic fiber  Braided/ Twisted/ Soft Rope & Yarn

 

The non-asbestos ceramic fiber products are developed as an excellent substitute for ASBESTOS in insulation industry, sealing and refractory, etc.,

with the following properties:
-Light weight;
-High temperature resistance (continuous up to 1000oC, max.1260oC);
-Low thermal conductivity;
-Good abrasion resistance;
-Chemical stability.

Suitable for insulating covering, fireproof/ welding blanket, furnace curtain, fuel ducts/ tank protection, cable covers, cable tray insulation, and extreme low temperature containers heat insulation wrap, etc..

The products are supplied in fabric, tape, sleeve/ tubing, yarn, etc..

    • -Reinforced with stainless steel wire or glass fiber; Availability: 1~5 ply; Tex 400/ 525 / 630 / 780 / 1000 / 2250.

    The rope is manufactured from ceramic fiber yarn, and braided cover on cover to form a solid packing, suitable for caulking and general thermal insulation application, with properties of low thermal conductivity and suitable for high temperature, etc..
    It is available in round and square sections.

    • Ceramic fiber rope lagging is manufactured from blown ceramic fibre, with a braided cover. It provides an efficient method of insulating pipework and is suitable for a variety of high temperature sealing and caulking applications, also form into insulation rings employed on industrial and domestic heating appliances, with properties of low thermal conductivity, light weight, and suitable for high temperature, etc..

    • The rope is twisted from ceramic fiber bulk yarn, elastic, suitable for filling and stopping expansion joints between boilers and masonry or brickwork, also insulation for heating pipes. Generally reinforced with stainless steel wire or glass fiber yarn.
