Home> Fiberglass Composite Ventiduct Fiberglass Composite Ventiduct Production Technique A composite glass wool board is made by using a glass wool board 25-30mm thick with capacity of >64kg/m3 as substrate and apply glass fiber fabric and aluminum foil fabric respectively to both faces of the board. Square pipes are then made through a series of processes including cutting, tenoning and bonding (with glass fiber fabric at inside and Aluminum fabric at outside). These pipes are widely used in the ventilation and central air conditioning systems in mines and buildings. They are a new substitute for air ducts made of galvanized sheets or glass fiber. Applications They do not only have very good sound absorbing, heat insulating, flame retardnat and moisture-proof properties but also are easy to work and economic, saving 15%of the project cost.
