We have developed the 48-cavity PET moulds ranging from 10ml to 20L. The advance technology introduced from the foreign countries was applied to the design of hot runners, which is the key factor affecting the mould performance. The key parts (such as Core, Cavity plate etc) are made of the stainless steel imported from Germany. Our 32-cavity preform mould for 22g can reach 130, 000 PCS per day. Our 32-cavity cap mould can reach 230,000 PCS per day. If it is used together with Chiller. It can reach 270,000PCS per day.
