Fiberglass Insulation Cotton / Fiberglass Tapes

Cotton tape of electrician is made from pure cotton fiber and can be used for electric motor, appliance, etc. It can be used as binding materials for electric motors and transformers because of good mechanical strength and insulating quality.

Fiberglass tape is made of the non-alkali glass fiber yarns. The main component is E-glass, oxidation potassium, oxidation sodium, of which the content of oxidation of alkli metals is no more than 0.5%. Characteristics: this product has good thermal resistance, excellent insulating, and corrosion resistance. Applications: it can be used as wrapping and banding material for transformers, electric motors and cables.

 

Heat shrinkable Tape is made from a special compound fiber of thermal contraction. After binding and dried at 105 degree for 10 minutes, it will be shrunk to 70%, which is good at a solid binding and at a compatibility with transformers. Applications: this product can be used as the insulating binding materials in electric motors, transformers, auxiliary appliances, etc.

Polyester fiber Non-Woven Fabric Tape is made from non-woven fabric imprgnated with polyester resin. It has great tensive strength, excellent permeability and unique heat shrinkage character. It is not easily influenced by any climate and can resist baking. It is Class F insulating material. It is mainly used in electric motors and transformers.

 

Fiberglass Web Banding Tape Impregnated with Polyester Resin consists of parallel twisted E-glass yarns preimpregnated with a special thermosetting polyester resin. The product has high tensile strength, high resistance to shock, high elasticity, which can be widely used as ideal banding materials for electrical motors, transformers and lightning arresters.
