Main function
1. Real time on-line monitor function: real time on-line monitor or pc display with RS232 interface real-time: The currently data of battery voltage, single cell battery voltage, time, temperature can be collective displayed or saved.Data real-time curve can be checked.
2. PC telecontrol function: It can achieve PC remote control function of beginning or stoping charge, discharge and activation and setting parameter with RS232 interface.
3. Operation mode:ⅠCnstant-current discharge mode.It can achieve automatically capacity test to battery and load capability test to DC ⅡIntelligent three-phase charge mode.It can achieve the automatic conversion function of constant charge/floating charge and constant curreent/constant voltage.ⅢAutomatic charge and discharge function. Charge/discharge hour rate, the highest value and lowest value of voltage and automatic circle charge/discharege process of one time can be set.ⅣBattery activation function: Activation times can be set.It can activate and repair battery.
4. Automatically stopping function: It can automatically stop charge/discharge meet following conditions: time arrival, capacity arrival, single cell battery protection voltage arrival, whole group battery protection voltage arrival and related parameter arrival.
5. Alarm and protection function: It can alarm refering when voltage is abnormal and temperature is too high.
6. Adjustment and correctment function of Voltage and current display value: It can mainly adjust total voltage of battery, single cell battery voltage and current.
7. Data storage with U disk function: After charging, discharge and activation, collected data can be transfered to U disk, then transferred to PC and displayed or printed after processing with data process software kit.These measurement can provide scientific basis for adjusting battery’s capability.
8. RS232 interface communication: It can achieve the data storage function after real time monitoring, charge, discharge and activation.
9. Voltage homogeneity and stability of battery can be adjusted before load charging with observing and monitoring each battery voltage and total voltage.
Data processing software
Collected data of charging and discharging can be displayed and printed into all kind of curve and chart with processing by data processing software co-operate with intelligent charge/discharge tester.It can provide basis for adjusting battery capability.
