Specifications

Polyurethane is one of the most popular thermal insulation material with excellent performance.
The characteristics of PU/PIR insulation panels:
1. If the density of PU rigid foam were 35~70kg/m3, the heat conductivity is 0.017~0.023W/(m· K), whose thermal property is best and the heat conductivity is the lowest among all the thmeral insulation products. For using of external thermal insulation on walls, the effect of PU insulation panels of 10mm amounts to that of clay wall of 400mm.
2. Compared to other high polymer thermal insulation materials, PU/PIR insulation panels have higher degree of compression, cutting and tensile strength which is compatible to the distortion of connecting basic material to avoid the split and hollowing phenomenon.
3. PU/PIR panels have strong adhesion and composite ability towards concrete, clay blocks, metal, timber, rubber and glass.
4. Because the closed-cell ratio of PU rigid panels is higher than 93%, water absorption rate is lower than 3%, so the water absorption effect is excellent.
5. PU rigid insulation panels can be used under the temperature from – 40 to +90℃ (PU/PIR sandwich panels can be used in a wilder temperature range ). Its size stability, weathering ability and chemical stability are good.
6. During the product procedure, fire-resistive agent is added to PU/PIR raw material in order to improve the the property of resistant to burn of the panels, which can reach the effect of self-extinguish away from fire and surface burning carbonification.
7. PU/PIR panels are innocuous and nonirritating. As there are no dissociative formaldehyde, methylbenzene and bimethylbenzene, they can be used in habitable room directly.
Our company relies on the advanced production lines for the production of the PU/PIR insulation panels with the thickness of 8~60mm, the fixed width is 1200mm. The length depends on demands. The density of PU/PIR foam usually is 45~50kg/m3 and it can be altered to 75kg/m3 as demands. The surface coat of PU/PIR sandwich insulation panels could be embossed aluminum foil(or smooth aluminum foil) with the thickness of 0.065~0.08mm, the pre-painted galvanized steel sheet with the thickness of 0.25-0.50mm, nonwoven fabric and kraft of 75g or the combination of them.
The main technical index of PU/PIR panels of BBS are as followings:
⑴ Density of PU/PIR foam: 45~75kg/m3
⑵ Heat conductivity: 0.020~0.022 W/(m· K)
⑶ Water absorption: 1.9-2.2%
⑷ Compression strength: 191~228kPa
⑸ Stability of size: 0.3~1.6%
