1.WH1325ATC machine frame is constructed of thick wall steel tubing. The frame components are stress relieved prior to machining to insure parallelism and perpendicularity of the final product.

 

2.The work surface is a high flow vacuum table, has four separate areas. Each area is controlled by a ball valve. It is able to machine 1220 x 2440 mm sheet and 150 x 150 mm sheet.

 

3.The machine is configured with a fixed gantry, moving table design. X, Y, Z axis movements are accomplshed via pre-loaded precision ballscrews and powered by servo motors. The Z axis is supported by a pneumatic counterbalance system. All positioning bearings, ballscrews and racks are serviced by a centralized automatic lubrication system

 

4.The main spindle is an 8kw, 24000RPM, air-cooled HSD ES919 electro-spindle made in Italy, capable of long time heavy-duty machining work.

 

5.Each machine is supplied with an 8 station aggregate compatible tool changer for reliable tool changes.
