QAM Modulator(DMB-5000 model) for DVB-C System is the key equipment of Digital Cable Television network. It receives MPEG TS via ASI interface, realizes DVB-C channel encoding and QAM modulation, then output intermediate frequency signal, finally upconvert intermediate frequency signal into RF signal. With digital IF modulation, the modulator has the high performance of MER, carrier-to-noise ratio, phase noise, margin of error, etc. It also supports PID filtrating & mapping and PSI/SI updating. For the best performance and high stability, the QAM Modulator is the best choice of the DTV operators.
