Easy installation - There is no surface preparation required other than to sweep the floor clean.  The garage floor tiles install without using any tools or adhesives.  Just interlock the tiles together by hand. An average two car garage floor can be installed in about 1 to 2 hours. 

Durability - Our modular garage floor tiles are made of High-Impact Polypropylene so the tiles are very lightweight. Yet, they are strong and tough enough to sustain the weight of heavy vehicles. We use UV protection so the tiles won't fade in color, rust, or corrode. They will keep your garage floor looking bright and fashionable for years to come. They have been tested by Consumer Testing Laboratories, Inc. for ease to clean, workmanship, and stain resistance.  The floor tiles are not easily affected by petroleum products such as grease, oil, or gasoline.

Maintenance - To clean the garage floor tiles, you can sweep up any dirt and simply spot clean with water and a mild soap and then wipe dry.
