We have strong design and producing capability. Our plants completely adopt the modern management system such as ERP system and CAD/CAM/CAE working mode and are carrying out the 5S system. Especially, we have adopted the international top advanced software to design the mold, digital-control programming and analogously analyze the plastic injecting process. We own advanced machines and equipment including high speed CNC, Sodick and Charmilles EDM, Sodick Wire-cutting and CMMs ect.

Business Scope: gas assisted mold, double colored mold, over moulding, insert mould, IMD mold, rubber-injection mold and the finished parts of plastic, alloy and silicon. Silk-screen and pad printing, hot stamping and painting, laser engraving, electro-plating and assembly and so on, which can fully meet customers’ requirements on finished parts.
