A Natural Source of Water - Water from “Jiuquan”（literally, Liquor Spring in English）

“Liquor Spring”, a historic spring, has been reputed even since Han Dynasty. The water of “Liquor Spring” finds its source in the peaks of Qilian Mountain, a perennially snow-covered huge mountain. The scientific tests show that the water is a fine mineral water, which contains rich calcium but minimal sodium. The liquor brewed with the water from the Spring is clear and crystal, full of an inviting fragrance. Hanwu Liquor is delicately brewed with the finest materials such as wheat, sorghum, corn and rice selected from the pollution-free grains at the foot of Qilian Mountain.

 

Cave of Dragon Horse - Magnetized Raw Liquor

Raw Liquor of the Company is all stored in the Cave of Dragon Horse, a storage base which was built years ago with an area of 66,000 square meters. The tests by a geologic department show the storage area has a strong effect of magnetic field, the aggregated energy of which accumulates the maturation process of liquor and, thus, plays a significant part in the improvement of liquor quality.
