The super high pressure generator systme can boast the ordinary water to 100-380Pa and water jet at 900m/s through a ruby nozzle with diameter of 0.2mm. The water jet together with oriffe can cut various materials. 

The system is mainly constituted of super high pressure generator, two and half dimensions CNC machine tool and CAD/CAM. The super high pressure water jet cutting is a new cold-state cutting technique that spang up in recent years. Compared with traditional cold-state cutting technique, it has many advantages such as narrow slits(0. 8-1. 2mm) even slits, no heat distortion, no burr edge, high speed and efficiency and pollution free. The numberically-controlled machine tool equiped with the system is suitable for free graphic cutting various materials such as plastic, leather, sheet, wood, asbestos, cementic, glass, chemical fiber, chinaware, copper plate, bullet-proof material, and various composite materials.
